Business Administrator/Board SecretaryQUALIFICATIONS:
1. VALID NEW JERSEYSCHOOL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR CERTIFICATE OR ELIGIBILTY
2. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AS DETERMINED BY THE BOARD
3. UNDERSTANDING OF THE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES OF FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING AND
REPORTING PROCEDURES CONSISTENT WITH STATUTE, CODE AND GAAP REQUIREMENTS.
4. KNOWLEDE OF ACCEPTED BUSINESS PRACTICES IN SCHOOL DISTRICTS RELATED TO
BUDGET PREPARATION AND ADMINISTRATION, RISK MANAGEMENT, PURCHASING,
TRANSPORTATION, FOOD SERVICES, SCHOOL PLANT OPERATIONS AND FACILITY
PLANNING.
5. DEMONSTRATED ORGANIZATIONAL, COMMUNICATION, INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, AND
COMPUTER APPLICATION SKILLS.
6. REQUIRED CRIMINAL HISTORY BACKGROUND CHECK
7. PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP OR LEGAL RESIDENT ALIEN STATUSREPORTS TO: Superintendent/Board of Education
JOB GOAL: To supervise, manage and coordinate the business affairs of the district efficiently and effectively to
ensure that educational support services help to achieve the educational goals of the district with the available
financial resources. To supervise all custodial, maintenance, food service, transportation personnel and business
operations staff.TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Interim (PT) or Shared Service with another school district.
PAY RATE: Negotiable BENEFITS: As/if qualified
Language Arts Teacher - Elementary/Middle School Anticipated Position 02/01/2023
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Valid New Jersey certificate or eligibility, or county substitute certificate
2. Demonstrated organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities
4. Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
5. Required criminal history background check
6. Proof of citizenship or legal resident alien status
7. Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment
REPORTS TO: Superintendent/Principal or designee
JOB GOAL: 1. To provide an approved education program and establish a class environment that fosters learning and personal growth; 2. To help pupils develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for continued education; and 3. To maintain good relationships with parents and other staff members.
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 02/01/2023 (anticipated start date)
PAY RATE: $52,578 (minimum)

Part-Time Instructional Aide
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Valid and appropriate High School Diploma or GED and commit to and receive support personnel training.
2. Ability to work with and manage students in a positive manner
3. Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
4. Ability to promote positive rapport with students, staff, and parents
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Ability to work with and take direction from supervisors and teachers
7. Promote student learning, safety and well-being
8. Required criminal History Background Check
9. Proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal resident alien status
REPORTS TO: Supervisor and/or Principal
JOB GOAL: Provide a safe and caring school environment, promote a positive climate that promotes student growth and success
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Part Time (5.9 hours per day – 180 school days)
PAY RATE: $14.00 per hour, not to exceed 29.5 hours per week
