Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction

Mrs. Mesghali enthusiastically joins the Hawk Family, bringing with her a wealth of experience spanning 15 years in education and a decade in administration. Her journey towards education began early, sparked by her role as a preschool classroom aide during college and as a camp administrator during summers throughout her early teaching career.

After earning two degrees from Stockton University, Mrs. Mesghali embarked on her teaching career in the Pennsville School District, specializing in Biological Science. Her impact extended far beyond the classroom as she immersed herself in the school community. She took on many roles including class advisor, technology mentor, student council advisor, and Renaissance program coordinator. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in    facilitating teacher teams and spearheading various curricular and professional development initiatives. Her commitment was recognized in 2010 when she received the District Professional Services award for her outstanding dedication to teaching. 

Driven to expand her impact in education, Mrs. Mesghali pursued a Master’s of Education in School Leadership at Wilmington University. In 2015, she transitioned to Oakcrest High School within the Greater Egg Harbor Regional High School District, assuming the role of Math and Science Supervisor, later taking on additional departments. Her tenure at Oakcrest was marked by significant contributions to school leadership and curriculum development. She led numerous programs and initiatives that engaged students, staff, and the broader community.

Beyond her professional achievements, Mrs. Mesghali resides in Newfield with her husband and two children. They share a love for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and traveling to explore new places.
